This magnesium spray is made of magnesium chloride flakes in distilled water. When it is sprayed on skin our bodies absorb the magnesium directly instead of having to go through the digestive tract where much of it can get lost. Magnesium is vitally important to over 300 processes in our bodies. It has helped me with sleep, anxiety, headaches, and sore muscles. I also use it on the kids’ feet when I remember. It is unscented. I add a little bit of almond oil to the bottle because if you are deficient in magnesium it will sting a bit when you spray - so the oil helps negate that. Four sprays twice daily and that’s it!
