SHIPPING POLICY
I am a one person operation and will ship orders as soon as possible, usually within 1-3 days. I will be in contact if your order will take longer than normal. Orders are shipped via USPS ground.

Shipping tallow products - Tallow melts at around 90-100 degrees. If your tallow product ships in the summer time and gets hot during transit then it will melt. It will re-solidify into a solid balm, you can re-whip it or use it as is like this.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the nature of my products I do not accept returns unless there is a manufacture error. That said, I want everyone to love their products that I created for them so please reach out if you are unhappy and we can hopefully work something out. Read descriptions of products well and please don't hesitate to ask any questions before placing orders.
